Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive operations leadership in contract manufacturing or complex ops.
• Proven leadership with senior management, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in production, scheduling, supply chain, manpower planning, and cost modelling.
• Strong business acumen to win deals and grow margins.
• Executive communication with ability to translate data into actionable steps.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the plant cost budget and reduce variances.
• Oversee facility layout, equipment installation, and pilot line validation.
• Implement Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, and Industry 4.0 roadmaps.
• Create KPI dashboards for OEE, cycle time, and quality.
• Manage CAPEX and budgets to meet cost-reduction targets.
• Scale workforce and optimize direct labor scheduling.
• Improve SMT/assembly line efficiency and yield.
• Lead rapid NPI from prototyping to mass production.
• Drive cost-out via Kaizen and lean initiatives.
• Coach and develop talent; optimize resource allocation.
• Refine organization design to scale operations.
• Monitor market trends and act as strategic business partner.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to win deals and grow business.
