MatchaTalent is partnering with a client to hire a distinguished Lead Project Manager to spearhead product development projects on a fully remote basis. This role guides product teams through the entire development lifecycle, ensuring successful, timely launches of innovative products.

You will define project strategies, manage resources, and foster collaboration among design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams in a distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Product Management, Engineering, Business or related field.
• MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex product development projects from concept to market launch.
• Develop and refine product roadmaps, project plans, and release schedules with product leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams—design, engineering, QA, and marketing—ensuring integration and timely delivery.
• Oversee project execution, identify risks, and ensure quality standards and timelines.
• Facilitate effective communication across all remote team members and stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in product development processes and methodologies.
