Qualifications

• Ph.D. in Entomology, Ecology, Agricultural Science, or related field with IPM focus.
• Minimum 8 years of entomology research and IPM experience.
• Proven track record in developing pest control strategies including biological control.
• Strong understanding of insect physiology, behavior, and ecology.
• Experience with data analysis, modeling, and pest forecasting.
• Excellent research design and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D programs to develop and optimize IPM strategies.
• Investigate insect biology, behavior, and ecology for sustainable control methods.
• Develop and evaluate biological control agents and eco-friendly tactics.
