Qualifications

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, CS, or related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in data science, with focus on energy analytics.
• Proven leadership experience mentoring junior team members.
• Proficiency in Python or R and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
• Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of ML models and analytics for energy data.
• Mentor and guide a team of data scientists.
• Define and drive the data science roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven innovation.
• Develop and present insights to senior leadership.
