Binance is seeking a Customer Support/KYC/KYB professional to join our global onboarding and compliance team. You will handle client inquiries, perform due diligence, and coordinate with Compliance, Front Office, and Product to satisfy KYC/KYB requirements while monitoring AML flags.

Fluency in English and Japanese is required to coordinate with overseas partners. This role offers a remote-first environment with global scope and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years in customer support/KYC/KYB/compliance roles.
• Knowledge of local laws, directives, regulations and virtual currency policies is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Japanese; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Handle and review all enquiries raised by clients regarding onboarding (Individual/Corporates).
• Manage workload and escalate key risks/issues to managers.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Compliance, Product to obtain evidence for KYC/KYB due diligence.
• Monitor and document AML flags and unusual activities.
• Participate in AML/CFT training and related programs.
• Liaise with team members country-wide to share knowledge.
• Perform general admin tasks related to the functions.
