Job summary

Coinut PTE LTD in Jakarta is seeking a Compliance Analyst/KYC Officer to join our FinTech team and help ensure adherence to AML/CFT regulations and industry standards.

You will review crypto-related compliance frameworks, conduct KYC checks, assess customer risk, monitor arrangements, and support audits and internal training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in legal, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in crypto or financial compliance.
• Knowledge of AML/CFT and regulatory requirements in crypto.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Chinese a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Act as part of first line of defense, overseeing AML/CFT controls.
• Review compliance frameworks across crypto-related activities.
• Conduct periodic KYC reviews and maintain accurate customer data.
• Reassess customer risk and escalate for enhanced due diligence.
• Perform due diligence on outsourced providers and vendors.
• Monitor transaction monitoring alerts and crypto activity.
• Document investigations and escalate suspicious transactions.
• Support audits and regulatory reviews.
• Deliver training on AML, sanctions, and crypto risks.
• Review and update compliance policies and procedures.
