Job summary

Purpose Indonesia is seeking a Project Manager to oversee end-to-end project operations across diverse campaigns. You will coordinate with donors, clients, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

This fixed-term role (6 months, 40 hrs/week) offers remote work with Jakarta-based preference, quarterly in-person meetings, and opportunities to influence social impact through creative campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a fast-paced agency or advocacy environment.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong project management skills delivering on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of multiple and diverse projects.
• Manage donor/client relations, vendors, and freelancers.
• Track budgets, timelines and milestones; manage risk and reporting.
• Coordinate with Project Lead and Project Principal on scope and delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and communications with stakeholders.
