Job summary

Purpose PBC is seeking a Project Manager for Purpose Indonesia to lead end-to-end project operations, ensuring on-time delivery and budget discipline across multiple initiatives with donors and partners. You will coordinate with project leads, vendors, and internal teams, and maintain PM artifacts to support a high-performing environment.

You will work in a fully remote team context but Jakarta-based collaboration is valued, with travel as needed and a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fast-paced agency, professional services, or advocacy environments.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; local language bonus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with donors, clients, vendors and internal teams.
• Manage budgets, timelines and scope to deliver on commitments.
• Develop and maintain PM tools, reports and documentation.
