Job summary

Tentang Anak is seeking a skilled illustrator/concept artist to create high-quality visuals for animation. You will develop cohesive visual storytelling, maintain character and environment consistency, and produce production-ready artwork under deadlines.

The role is primarily remote with mandatory onsite attendance 2–3 times per month. A 2–3 year track record in animation or related fields and proficiency with Illustrator/Photoshop (or Krita/Clip Studio Paint) are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional illustration or concept artist experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating illustration skills and ability to work within character and visual guidelines.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and/or Krita or Clip Studio Paint.
• Ability to manage deadlines and deliver production-ready artwork with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, collaboration skills, and openness to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality illustrations and visual concepts for animation with high resolution (4K or more).
• Adapt artwork across formats, channels and platforms while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketing to develop cohesive visual storytelling and smooth production workflows.
• Maintain visual consistency across characters, environments, and outputs.
• Deliver assets on schedule and incorporate feedback throughout production.
