Job summary

Tentang Anak is seeking a skilled illustrator/concept artist to create high-quality visuals for animation. You will develop cohesive visual storytelling, maintain character and environment consistency, and produce production-ready artwork under deadlines.

The role is primarily remote with mandatory onsite attendance 2–3 times per month. A 2–3 year track record in animation or related fields and proficiency with Illustrator/Photoshop (or Krita/Clip Studio Paint) are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional illustration or concept artist experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating illustration skills and ability to work within character and visual guidelines.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop and/or Krita or Clip Studio Paint.
• Ability to manage deadlines and deliver production-ready artwork with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, collaboration skills, and openness to feedback.

Job description

Adapt artwork across multiple formats, channels and platforms while maintaining quality and consistency.

Collaborate closely with writers, experts, designers, and marketing teams to develop cohesive visual storytelling and smooth production workflows.

Maintain visual consistency across characters, environments, and all creative outputs.

Deliver assets on schedule and incorporate feedback effectively throughout the creative process.

Working arrangement = Primarily remote, with required onsite attendance 2-3 times per month.

2–3 years of professional illustration or concept artist experience, preferably in animation, children's publishing, or related creative industries.

Strong portfolio demonstrating illustration skills, the ability to work within established character and visual guidelines, and versatility across different artistic styles.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Illustrator and Photoshop) and/or illustration tools such as Krita, or Clip Studio Paint.

Ability to manage deadlines and deliver production-ready artwork with minimal supervision.

Strong attention to detail, concepting, excellent collaboration skills, and openness to feedback.
