Twin Fang Studio is seeking a 2D Concept Artist for fully remote work to drive early visual development across characters, props, environments, and mood explorations that become production blueprints.

You will collaborate with international teams, adapt to diverse styles, and tell stories through design. Mid to senior-level candidates with a strong portfolio and clear communication will thrive in our flexible, remote-friendly studio.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in concept art for games or creative agencies.
• Strong portfolio with characters, environments, props, and mood concepts.
• Proficient in Photoshop or Clip Studio Paint.
• Strong anatomy, color theory, perspective and lighting knowledge.
• Ability to adapt to multiple art styles with consistent design.
• Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality 2D concept art across characters, props, environments, and UI sketches.
• Develop mood paintings and key visuals to define tone and atmosphere.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, 3D artists, and clients to match style and vision.
• Iterate ideas quickly through thumbnails and sketches.
• Contribute to world-building with strong visual storytelling and design language.
• Maintain organized PSD files and naming conventions for asset hand-off.
