Job summary

Qualifications

8+ years in hotel management or related leadership roles.
Experience in pre-opening/conversion is a plus.
Proficient Bahasa Indonesia communication required.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans to maximize profit and guest satisfaction.
Oversee all hotel operations from a remote capacity, if applicable.
Mentor on-site GMs and department heads; manage budgets, P&L, and brand standards.
Drive revenue growth through sales, marketing, and brand initiatives.
