The role oversees both commercial and hotel operations, builds strong relationships with owners, investors, and partners, and drives performance through strategic leadership, cost control, and governance across properties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry with leadership in multi-property groups.
• Strong background in Commercial and Hotel Operations.
• Experience as Corporate GM or Director-level hospitality leadership preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel P&L, revenue management, sales, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall business strategy and operations of the hospitality portfolio.
• Oversee commercial and hotel operations functions, including Sales, Revenue, MICE, F&B, Eng, and BD.
• Build and maintain relationships with hotel/property owners, investors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Drive portfolio performance through commercial strategy, operational excellence, and cost management.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support new hotel partnerships and management deals.
• Establish hospitality operating standards, governance, and performance monitoring.
• Lead and develop the corporate hospitality team, coordinating with Property teams.
