DualEntry is an AI-native ERP startup redefining finance software. We’re hiring a senior Talent Acquisition partner to own full-cycle recruiting for GTM, Ops and Leadership, sourcing top talent and shaping our hiring process from target profiles to close.

You’ll partner with founders, build an exceptional candidate experience, and develop pipeline analytics in a fast-paced, equity-rich environment with visa sponsorship and global relocation options.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting at high-growth startups.
• Deep sourcing expertise beyond inbound.
• Analytical mindset with KPI-driven hiring.
• Experience building recruiting function from scratch (ATS, processes).

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM, Operations, and Leadership — sourcing through close.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers on role definition, target profiles, and market positioning.
• Source and close exceptional candidates in competitive markets using creative sourcing strategies.
• Own the candidate experience, employer brand, and hiring process end to end.
• Build pipeline reporting and analytics to know what’s working.
