Job summary

Regent Bali Canggu, part of IHG Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Sales Manager (MICE) to lead pre-opening sales strategies and drive events for a luxury property in Bali. You will coordinate with DOS and cross‑functional teams to secure meetings, events, and group business while maintaining impeccable service standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, market research, client relationships, and a proactive approach to building a premier MICE program within a global luxury brand.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
• Solid knowledge about sales and negotiation processes.

• Sales experience required, preferably FMCG/CPG.

Responsibilities

• Work with DOS on manpower planning and management needs.
• Work with DOS in the preparation and management of the Department's budget.
• Manage day to day sales activities and build relationship with team members.
• Personally build clear and open lines of communication with intra departments.
• Build a team with different opinions, skills, experiences, and backgrounds; leverage personal, cultural, and functional differences to optimize team performance.
• Create an environment that trains, develops, coaches and mentor's team members.
