Job summary

TMF Group in Indonesia is seeking an experienced corporate secretarial professional to oversee foreign investment company incorporations and regulatory compliance. You will draft and review key legal documents and provide analysis to support corporate actions while maintaining strong client relationships.

The role requires leadership skills, excellent drafting ability, and fluent English and Bahasa, with 5–6 years in a related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in law.
• Minimum 5-6 years working experience in a related field.
• Experience in Law Firm or Consulting Firm is an advantage.
• Knowledge in company, investment, business and labor law.
• Excellent legal drafting skills.
• Excellent communication in English and Bahasa.

Responsibilities

• Handle Foreign Investment Company and Representative Office incorporation.
• Provide corporate secretarial advice and guidance to the team.
• Draft and review deeds/articles of association and circular resolutions.
• Prepare legal documents for BKPM and other regulators in Indonesia.
• Maintain strong client relationships and support corporate actions.
• Supervise team members and ensure quality management of legal queries.
