Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in related experience; fresh graduates with 3-6 months internship welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of regulation and law related to corporation and investment.
• Experience handling corporate secretarial services (incorporation, liquidation, etc).
• Excellent legal drafting skills.
• Excellent communication in Mandarin, English & Bahasa (spoken & written).
• Able to work under minimum supervision.
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently as well as in a dynamic team.
