Job summary

BlackForest Solutions (BFS) seeks a Junior Business Development Engineer to drive growth across TC and TFS service lines from Southeast Asia and India. You will draft technical sections, build client relationships, and support proposals while coordinating with the Business Development Manager and Tenders lead.

You will contribute to market intelligence, pricing calculations, and pipeline forecasting, enabling BFS to expand in GCC, DACH, Latin America, and Africa with a flexible, remote-first

Qualifications

Bachelor's or master's in engineering, environmental science, or related field.
1–3 years in relevant work; great asset if in writing/proposals.
Fluent English is required; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Support technical proposals for TC and TFS; draft sections under guidance.
Prepare cost calculations and assist with pricing decisions.
Maintain BD pipeline in CRM; support reporting and meetings.
Build relationships with clients and partners in SE Asia and India.
