Formación

• 4+ years of recruitment experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and finance roles.
• Proven ability to source candidates via LinkedIn and professional networks.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for finance and accounting positions across temporary, contract, and permanent roles.
• Utilize sophisticated sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates across finance functions.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of candidates' financial acumen, qualifications, and experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with finance professionals and hiring managers.
• Provide clients with insights into the finance talent market, including salary benchmarks and candidate availability.
• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
