• Strong UI design skills with a portfolio showing process and outcomes.
• Excellent visual design with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
• A sharp eye for visual hierarchy, consistency, and interaction patterns.
• Proficiency in any UI/UX design prototyping tools.
• Grit to learn and adapt to new concepts/tools.
• Ability to explain your design approach—and why you made design decisions.
• Proficient verbal and written English skills.
• Humility to accept and give constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Design thoughtful, intuitive interfaces for enterprise-level applications (not just what looks good, but what works well)
• Actively contribute in design critiques and team discussions
• Conduct and synthesize both qualitative and quantitative design research
• Translate insights into wireframes, flows, and prototypes—with clear reasoning behind every design decision
• Proactively communicate with the team about project requirements and task progression
