Job summary

Alpha Iota BPO Sdn Bhd is expanding and offers flexible work-from-home opportunities with learning and development programs. We seek creative individuals to craft short-form video concepts for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook, with scripts, storyboards, and content flows.

You’ll support Meta Ads launches and collaborate with the marketing team, using AI tools to ideate and plan. Fresh graduates are welcome; strong English and Mandarin communication is required, with a creative, fast learner

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome or prior experience in content creation, social media, copywriting, video editing or digital marketing is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Able to think of different ideas, angles and approaches rather than relying on a single concept.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly, with openness to new tools.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm engaging content ideas, hooks, storylines and creative angles for short-form videos across TikTok, Instagram Reels and Facebook.
• Develop clear scripts, storyboards and content flows from ideas to video concepts.
• Support Meta Ads launches by planning creative assets and angles with the team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to bring concepts to life and refine outputs.
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude for ideation, scripting and planning (training provided).
• Stay updated with social media trends and competitor creatives to identify opportunities.
