Job summary

Ads Bali is seeking a Creative Developer to turn briefs into scroll-stopping ads. You’ll produce short-form video for Meta and other platforms, plus static designs, collaborating with our performance marketing team and creative director to drive leads.

You should have 2+ years in digital/ad production, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and a strong portfolio of video and graphic work. On-site Bali office; remote not offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of video or creative production for digital and social ads.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Portfolio showing video ad work and static design.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar.

Responsibilities

• Produce video ads, Reels, and stories for Meta and other digital channels in platform-correct sizes and safe zones.
• Design static ads, carousels, and stories that align with each client's brand guidelines.
• Translate creative briefs into concepts, including hook, format, on-screen text, visuals, and CTA.
• Edit short-form video: cutting, captions, music, and basic motion graphics.
• Research competitor ads (Meta Ad Library) and trends to keep ideas fresh.
• Manage asset versions and hand off final files to the ads team on schedule.
