Job description

AI Video Creator (Remote): Generative AI Video, Meta Ads and Short-Form Content

HeyAmara is a fast-growing AI startup, and we make every one of our ads in-house with AI. We're hiring an AI Video Creator to own that creative from first idea to final cut, and to learn from the numbers once it runs. If you'd rather build what's next than read about it, this is for you.

ROLE AT A GLANCE

• Role: AI Video Creator (AI video generation, video editing, performance ad creative)
• Location: Fully remote, work from anywhere
• Pay: USD, paid per video to start, with a path to a part-time or full-time role
• Tools: Higgsfield, Seedance, Kling, Midjourney, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve
• Channels: Meta ads (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts

WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT

• You work at the cutting edge. New AI video models land every few weeks. You test them the week they launch and put them straight into ads that run.
• Your work goes live fast. No layers of approval. You make it, it ships, and you see hook rate, CTR and ROAS within days.
• You own the creative. You're not filling someone else's brief. You shape how a fast-growing AI company looks and sounds.
• You grow with us. Start per video. Prove it, and it becomes a part-time or full-time role with real ownership of our creative.

STRAIGHT TALK ABOUT THE PACE

We're a startup and we work like one. The hours are long, the deadlines are tight and things change fast. That isn't for everyone, and that's fine.

But if you're hungry, obsessed with the craft and want to pack years of learning into months, there's no better place to do it. The people who thrive here are the ones who'd be testing new AI tools at midnight anyway.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Create AI-generated video and image ads from concept to final cut
• Write the hooks and scripts, then generate, edit, sound design and grade
• Produce ad variations at volume for Meta creative testing, and refresh them before ad fatigue sets in
