Algonova is seeking an Education Sales Specialist to lead trial classes for children and parents, building relationships and closing sales to meet targets. You will report market insights to management and provide five-star service with quick responses.

The role requires strong communication, a background in marketing or economics, and comfort working remotely with weekend availability. A teaching or coaching background and familiarity with Python or Scratch are a plus.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic about advancing education and working with children.
• Recent graduate in Marketing, Management, Business, or Economics (welcome to apply).
• Experienced in B2C/B2B/B2G sales (edtech experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with confidence in influencing customer decisions.
• Possess a laptop and stable internet connection, ready to work 100% remote.
• Ready to work with targets and on weekends.
• Plus value: teaching or coaching experience, familiarity with Python or Scratch.

Responsibilities

• Lead trial classes for one child and their parents, introducing the excitement of learning code.
• Identify prospects and establish warm communication to build relationships.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Present solutions and close sales to achieve and exceed set targets.
• Report market insights and customer feedback directly to the management team.
