Job summary

VoiceDawn is seeking an AI Engineer (Junior–Mid) to join a small AI‑first team and work directly with the founders. All code is AI‑written, so you’ll guide AI outputs, understand what is produced, and own the quality of the result while starting with guided tasks.

You’ll analyze call transcripts, improve prompts and tools, build on an AWS serverless stack using Claude Code and Codex, and help develop internal AI agents for support and configuration.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Hands-on use of AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Codex.
• Experience with AI and LLM APIs, prompt engineering or chatbots.
• Experience with AWS serverless (Lambda, DynamoDB).

Responsibilities

• Analyse call transcripts to identify misunderstandings and fixes.
• Improve prompts, knowledge, and tools; test changes before live deployment.
• Build and improve features on the AWS serverless platform using Claude Code and Codex.
• Develop internal AI agents that automate support and configuration.
• Investigate issues and handle client requests with guidance.
• Ensure shipped features work for guests and staff; maintain clear docs.
