Crossing Hurdles is seeking a remote contract Voice Actor/Coach to analyze brief speech recordings and deliver precise, structured assessments using professional voice terminology. You will describe vocal traits such as age, gender, accent or dialect, vocal quality, resonance, pitch, and rhythm.

Deliver detailed reports for AI model training, evaluate recording environments, and collaborate asynchronously to provide high‑quality input for speech systems. Fluency in English (B2+) is required.

Qualificações

• Professional background in voice acting, voice coaching, dialect coaching, or vocal pedagogy.
• Strong understanding of speech analysis, prosody, intonation, phonetics, and accent variation.
• Experience with evaluating recording quality and acoustic environments.
• Familiarity with resonance, placement, and breath control.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (B2 or higher); native proficiency welcomed.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze short speech recordings and produce precise, structured written assessments using professional voice terminology.
• Identify and describe vocal characteristics such as age, gender, accent or dialect, vocal quality, resonance, phonation type, pitch, intonation, breath support, rhythm, and tempo.
• Evaluate emotional tone, energy, articulation clarity, and overall delivery style, noting nuances between scripted, spontaneous, or conversational samples.
• Assess audio production aspects, including room sound, device type, and recording environment quality.
• Deliver observations in clear, detailed written reports, using consistent technical language to facilitate AI model training and evaluation.
• Collaborate asynchronously via digital platforms, providing objective, high‑quality input to enhance voice and speech systems.
