Job summary

PlacidWay, LLC is seeking an AI Chatbot & Voice Agent Developer to design, build, and manage AI-driven chatbots, voice agents, and customer engagement automation across websites and platforms.

You will connect AI tools with business data, create conversational experiences, and continuously improve performance using APIs, CRM data, and analytics. The role requires hands-on coding (Python/JS) and familiarity with platforms like OpenAI, Dialogflow, Voiceflow, Botpress, or Rasa.

Qualifications

• Experience creating AI chatbots and conversational AI systems.
• Experience with AI platforms such as ChatGPT/OpenAI, Dialogflow, Voiceflow, Botpress, Rasa.
• Experience building AI voice assistants and phone-based AI agents.
• Understanding APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Basic programming knowledge (Python, JavaScript, PHP, or similar languages).
• Experience with automation tools like Make.com, Zapier, or n8n is a plus.
