NinjaOne is seeking a Release Engineer to join our Engineering team in Indonesia. You will help build, operate, and continuously improve release processes to reliably deliver software into production, balancing hands-on work with program management across Engineering, QA, DevOps, Product, and Support.

Formación

• 3–5 years in Release Engineering, DevOps, Build Engineering, or related role.
• Hands-on CI/CD automation with Jenkins or Bitbucket Pipelines.
• Scripting or programming in Python, Go, Bash, PowerShell, or similar.
• Experience troubleshooting builds, pipelines, deployments in AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Strong coordination and communication across multiple teams.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end release program across Engineering, QA, Product, DevOps/SiteOps, and Production Support.
• Set milestones, timelines, dependencies, readiness criteria, and decision points.
• Track cross-team dependencies, risks, actions, and blockers to closure.
• Facilitate release planning, readiness reviews, go/no-go discussions, and post-release reviews.
• Coordinate communication on scope, timeline, or production plan changes with concise status reports.
• Coordinate releases across Sandbox, Sanity/Staging, and Production; validate release branches and notes.
• Drive production readiness and handle hotfixes, rollbacks, and post-release verification.
• Lead Change Advisory Board (CAB) and governance; manage approvals and deployment tracking.
• Write tested release automation, maintain runbooks and calendars, and build dashboards.
