Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Release Engineer to join our Engineering team in a hybrid role based in Indonesia. You will coordinate end-to-end releases across Engineering, QA, Product, and Production Support, while improving release automation and governance.

You will balance hands-on engineering with program management to ensure on-time, high-quality software deliveries. You will drive release readiness, manage milestones and dependencies, and partner with DevOps, QA, and Production teams to ensure

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Release Engineering, DevOps, Build Engineering, or related role.
• Hands-on CI/CD automation with Jenkins, Bitbucket Pipelines, or similar tools.
• Scripting or programming in Python, Go, Bash, PowerShell, or similar.
• Experience troubleshooting build, pipeline, deployment, configuration, and environment issues in AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Coordinating technical initiatives across multiple engineering teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end release programs across Engineering, QA, Product, DevOps/SiteOps, and Production Support.
• Set milestones, timelines, dependencies, readiness criteria, and reporting across teams.
• Track dependencies, risks, actions, and blockers through to closure.
• Lead release planning, readiness reviews, go/no-go decisions, and post-release reviews.
