PT PERSOL RECRUITMENT INDONESIA is seeking a Relationship Manager for South Jakarta, on-site. You will manage and develop relationships with Affluent, Preferred, Premier, and high-net-worth clients, identify needs, and provide tailored wealth management and investment solutions.

Promote and cross-sell financial products, including mutual funds, bonds, deposits/funding, insurance, investments, and foreign exchange
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase engagement, AUM, and product penetration
Provide investment solutions aligned with customers' financial goals and risk profiles
Ensure compliance with applicable banking policies, regulations, and procedures
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Relationship Management, Wealth Management, Personal Banking, Personal Financial Advisory, or a similar role
Proven experience handling Affluent, Premier, Preferred, or HNW customers
Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of achieving sales, revenue, or AUM targets
Good knowledge and experience in wealth management and investment products, particularly mutual funds, bonds, funding products, insurance, and/or foreign exchange
Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from a recognized university. D3 graduates with exceptionally strong relevant experience may also be considered
Relevant certifications such as WAPERD, AAJI, and/or WPPE are highly preferred
Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and customer acquisition skills
Stable employment history with a minimum of 1-2 years in the same company preferred
