Job summary

UOB in Surabaya is seeking a Wealth Banking Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with affluent clients, both existing and NTB, across branches in the city.

You will generate fee income through investments, insurance, and wealth products, achieve APE targets, perform KYC, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Strong communication, sales, and relationship-management skills.
• Good English communication (written and conversational).
• WPPE and/or AAJI certification required.
• Willing to be placed at different branches in the same city.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing Wealth Banking Clients.
• Acquire New-to-Bank (NTB) clients and grow the wealth portfolio.
• Generate fee income through investment, insurance, and wealth management products.
• Achieve Annualized Premium Equivalent (APE) targets.
• Conduct KYC processes and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor and manage PEP Clients in accordance with bank policies.
