Job summary

Amartha is seeking a Relationship Manager (Hunter) in Indonesia to develop and nurture lender relationships focused on funding and investment opportunities. You will understand funding mechanisms and P2P market trends to offer the best financial solutions, reporting to Head of Funding as part of the Premium Lender team RM.

We value strong communication, proactive sourcing of new lenders, and the ability to educate lenders about Amartha's products and offers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required from any major.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter with problem-solving attitude and customer-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Contribute stable monthly achievement of funding team target.
• Inform and educate lenders about Amartha's products, services and offers.
• Acquire and onboard new lenders with potential to become long-term premium lenders.
• Proactively source and acquire new lenders through various channels, including networking, partnerships, and outreach.
• Initiate, plan, and execute events to generate lender acquisition opportunities and expand pipeline.
• Streamline complaints and gather support from relevant functions (Operations, CX, Product).
