Job summary

Bank Sentosa in Jakarta is seeking passionate banking professionals to join our team, with a strong focus on funding growth, wealth management, and relationship building. You will drive Third-Party Funds through savings and time deposits, build and deepen relationships with individual, priority, and corporate clients, and own the client journey from onboarding to KYC/AML and portfolio management.

This role offers uncapped monthly incentives and an annual bonus, private health insurance, BPJS

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in any discipline.
• Experience in funding, banking sales, wealth management, or financial services.
• Strong client network, particularly within commercial or corporate segments.
• Proven ability to achieve targets with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
