Job summary

Sinarmas Asset Management is seeking a results-driven Relationship Manager to drive client acquisition and deepen relationships in Palembang. You will manage the end-to-end onboarding of securities and client fund accounts, ensuring documentation and compliance are met while maintaining strong client communication.

The role requires 3+ years in capital markets, deep knowledge of investment solutions, and a valid WPPE license, with placement in Palembang and targets to achieve monthly revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the capital market industry (Relationship Manager/Equity Sales).
• Must hold a valid WPPE license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily sales activities to achieve monthly targets and acquire new clients.
• Handle opening process for securities and client fund accounts, ensuring document completeness.
• Maintain client communication and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
• Implement AML-CFT requirements and coordinate with Risk Management on transaction limits.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily sales activities to achieve monthly targets, acquire new clients, follow up on prospects, and increase the number of active clients.
• Handle the opening process for securities accounts and client fund accounts, ensuring document completeness and SID ownership, as well as receiving, recording, and forwarding client transaction instructions in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Maintain communication with clients, provide information regarding services and system-related issues, handle client visits and complaints, and ensure that complaints are resolved professionally and in a timely manner.
• Implement AML-CFT (Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing) requirements, ensure that all client transactions and activities comply with applicable regulations, and coordinate with the Risk Management function in setting transaction limits and implementing risk controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager, Equity Sales, or similar role in the capital market industry.
• Strong knowledge of capital market products and investment solutions.
• Must hold a valid WPPE license.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused.
