• Minimum 8 years of experience in general insurance or brokerage as Reinsurance/Underwriting.
• Experience in reinsurance management processes and reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage treaty and facultative reinsurance arrangements.
• Develop, optimize, and manage a profitable reinsurance portfolio.
• Coordinate reinsurance renewal and placement with brokers and reinsurers.
• Review reinsurance terms, conditions, capacity, and pricing.
• Coordinate reinsurance claims and recovery from reinsurers.
• Provide reports for weekly and monthly forecast production.
• Ensure all reinsurance activities comply with guidelines, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
• Monitor reinsurance premiums, commissions, and recoveries.
• Prepare reinsurance reports and provide analysis to management.

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree from reputable University

Required language(s): English, fluent both in verbal and written.

Required skill(s): Interpersonal and customer service skills, good communication with excellent negotiation skills and strategies, analytical, able to multi-task and work toward multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Have certificate of AAAIK is a must.

At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in general insurance or brokerage industry as Reinsurance/Underwriting.

Strong computer skills and ability to use necessary software.

Confident in decision making and the ability to explain processes or choices as needed.

Job Descriptions:
