Job summary

PT Asuransi Raksa Pratikara in Central Jakarta seeks an experienced Underwriting and Reinsurance Officer for a full-time role. You will assess risks and manage the reinsurance program to keep the company financially healthy and profitable.

You will handle underwriting data, negotiate reinsurance contracts, and produce IRA, ICR, slips, PLA, DLA, and quarterly statements, collaborating with the Reinsurance Section team to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably less than 2 years experience in administration.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office (intermediate).
• Data analysis and knowledge of relevant software/tools.
• Up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations and trends.
• Able to work independently or in a team to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and determine risk levels for insurance policies.
• Structure and negotiate reinsurance contracts to manage exposure.
• Analyse data and industry trends to inform underwriting decisions.
• Prepare IRA and ICR.
• Prepare a Faculative Reinsurance Slip with a Debit/Credit Note.
• Prepare PLA and DLA with Debit/Credit Notes.
• Prepare a Statement of Account every quarter.
• Prepare other documents requested by Head of Section / Reinsurance Section.
• Underwrite Polis Insurance.
