PT Tempindo Jasatama (Divisi Jakarta Temp) seeks a Regulatory Affairs and Trade Compliance specialist to support regulatory evaluation for pharma raw materials and R&D chemicals, manage import licensing, and drive digitalization using Microsoft 365 and BI tools.
The role requires a life science degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with a focus on compliance, import processes, and data-driven documentation management.
This role combines Regulatory Affairs, Trade Compliance, and Digitalization responsibilities. You will support the evaluation and compliance of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical raw materials and R&D chemicals, manage regulatory documentation for import and distribution, maintain accurate and current regulatory databases and licensing documents, monitor government regulatory changes, and prepare documents and correspondence with regulators and stakeholders. You will also support import licensing and trade compliance processes, review import requirements, HS codes, and product regulatory status, coordinate with the EXIM team to ensure smooth import processes, and identify digitalization opportunities while developing and maintaining dashboards, databases, and document repositories.
Key responsibilities
Support evaluation and compliance of regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical raw materials and R&D chemicals
Review regulatory documents required for product import and distribution
Maintain regulatory database and licensing documents to ensure accuracy and currency
Monitor government regulatory changes
Prepare documents, letters, and correspondence with regulators and stakeholders
Support import licensing and trade compliance processes
Review import requirements, HS codes, and product regulatory status
Coordinate with EXIM team to ensure smooth import processes
Identify digitalization opportunities for Regulatory and Trade Compliance processes
Develop and maintain dashboards, databases, and document repositories using Microsoft 365
About you
Minimum S1 degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Biotechnology, or other related Life Science majors
Minimum 2 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Trade Compliance, Import Compliance, or Life Science/Pharmaceutical industry
Experience handling import of pharmaceutical raw materials or laboratory chemicals is a plus
Understanding of import regulations and trade of pharmaceutical raw materials and chemicals
Understanding of technical documentation such as SDS/MSDS, CoA, and Technical Data Sheet
Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint)
Understanding of Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, and AI tools for work productivity
Understanding of SAP systems
