GoTo Financial is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Specialist in Jakarta to ensure accurate, timely submissions to Bank Indonesia. You will analyze data across multiple sources, validate records, and manage end-to-end correspondence, escalating issues to Compliance leadership with clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in data management, compliance, reporting, operations, audit, or a similar role within payment industry, banking, fintech, or government body.
• Hands-on experience preparing regulatory reports or regulatory submissions, preferably to Bank Indonesia or another financial regulator.
• Strong data analysis and validation with attention to detail to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and data gaps before submission.
• Comfort with large or complex datasets using Excel/Google Sheets; SQL, data visualization, or BI tools are a strong advantage.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills for regulatory correspondence, submissions, deadlines, and follow-up actions.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and escalate issues to Compliance leadership when needed.

Responsabilités

• Prepare regular and ad hoc regulatory reports to Bank Indonesia with full documentation.
• Analyze and validate regulatory data across multiple sources, identifying inconsistencies or anomalies.
• Manage Bank Indonesia correspondence end-to-end, including letters, requests, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Escalate data gaps and reporting risks to Compliance head with clear analysis and recommendations.
• Build and maintain a robust documentation and reporting trail, ensuring approvals are complete and organized.
• Coordinate Bank Indonesia seasonal events/programs with relevant stakeholders.
