GoTo Group's GoPay unit seeks a Payment Compliance Analyst to ensure accurate regulatory reporting to Bank Indonesia. You will validate data, resolve inconsistencies, manage correspondence, and maintain a clear audit trail, coordinating with Product, Finance, and Data teams.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in data management, compliance, reporting, operations, audit, or a similar role within payment industry, banking, fintech, or government body.
• Hands-on experience preparing regulatory reports or regulatory submissions, preferably to Bank Indonesia or another financial regulator.
• Proficient in data analysis and validation with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with large datasets; Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or BI tools are a strong advantage.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills with clear records of regulatory correspondence and actions.
• Effective stakeholder communication and escalation; ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
• Demonstrate ownership and judgment, manage recurring deliverables independently and escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for regular and ad hoc regulatory reporting to Bank Indonesia with complete documentation.
• Analyze and validate regulatory data across multiple sources to identify inconsistencies.
• Manage Bank Indonesia correspondence end-to-end, including deadlines and follow-ups.
• Escalate data gaps and risks to Compliance leadership with clear analysis and recommendations.
• Build a robust documentation trail of reporting, correspondence, and approvals.
• Coordinate BI events and regulatory activities with stakeholders.
