Job summary

PT. STAR COSPHARM INDONESIA in Jakarta seeks a Regulatory Affairs professional to manage product registrations from submission to approval, and to prepare and supervise import documentation.

The role requires a Pharmacy degree and a licensed Apoteker, with 1–2 years in registration/import processes; cosmetics/medical devices a plus. English communication is essential and Korean experience is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and licensed pharmacist (Apoteker).
• 1–2 years in product registration and import processes; cosmetics/medical device a plus.
• Strong understanding of regulatory documentation and import procedures.

Responsibilities

• Handle product registration from submission to approval.
• Prepare and manage import documentation.
• Coordinate with BPOM, Ministry of Health, and related parties on requirements.
• Ensure all regulatory and import documents are complete and up to date.
• Monitor registrations and prepare administrative timelines for compliance.
• Maintain a list of officially imported products for reporting.
