Qualifications

• Fluent in English, strong knowledge of BPOM and PKRT.

Responsibilities

• Handle BPOM product registration for imported cosmetics and PKRT.
• Prepare complete Product Information File (PIF) for registered products.
• Ensure compliance with updated regulatory requirements for imports.
• Review packaging information for local regulatory compliance.
• Perform HALAL certification and other client-required certifications.
• Verify raw material conformity against BPOM and LPPOM lists.
• Ensure conformity with legal/regulatory requirements for importation and sale in Indonesia.

Position Summary

We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Staff who will be responsible for the local registration (BPOM) and Halal certification of our overseas-manufactured cosmetic products in the Indonesian market. As all of our products are produced abroad and imported into Indonesia, this role is critical in ensuring smooth and compliant market entry for our product lines. A valid Apoteker (Pharmacist/Apothecary) license is required for this position.

Qualifications

• l Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy with a valid Apoteker (Pharmacist) License — REQUIRED
• l Minimum 2 years of experience as a Regulatory Affairs Staff in the cosmetics industry
• l Passion for the cosmetics industry, particularly in Regulatory Affairs and R&D
• l Strong knowledge of cosmetics regulation and product registration (BPOM), PKRT, particularly for imported products
• l Knowledge of GMP-CPKB and Halal Assurance System will be an advantage
• l HALAL CERTIFICATION experience/knowledge is a MUST
• l Fluent in English (both written and verbal) is a must
• l Basic understanding of CPKB-GMP, ISO 22716, HAS, ISO 14001, etc.

Role & Responsibilities

• l Handle BPOM product registration for imported cosmetics and PKRT
