PT. STAR COSPHARM INDONESIA in Jakarta seeks a Regulatory Affairs professional to manage product registrations from submission to approval, and to prepare and supervise import documentation.
The role requires a Pharmacy degree and a licensed Apoteker, with 1–2 years in registration/import processes; cosmetics/medical devices a plus. English communication is essential and Korean experience is an advantage.
Handle product registration processes from submission to approval
Prepare and manage import documentation
Coordinate with relevant authorities and related parties regarding product registration and import requirements
Ensure all regulatory and import documents are complete and up to date
Monitor registration and Prepare administrative timelines and product compliance
Prepare and maintain a list of officially imported products for reporting and documentation purposes.
Checking and arranging staff business trips
A Bachelor's degree (S1) in Pharmacy and must be a licensed pharmacist (Apoteker).
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product registration and import processes (experience in cosmetic and medical device registration will be preferred.)
Strong understanding of regulatory documentation and import procedures
Experience handling BPOM, Ministry of Health, or other related registrations is preferred
Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken is a must. Experience working in a Korean company will be an advantage.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
Proficient in Microsoft Office as well as Google Sheets.
