Job summary

Daewoong Indonesia is seeking a Regulatory Affairs professional to coordinate registrations for drug, cosmetics, and medical devices, ensuring GMP compliance and regulatory alignment across regional and global stakeholders.

The role requires a life-sciences degree and strong English; you will learn from Korea HQ with structured training and growth programs, supporting a central RA team in a dynamic, internationally connected environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or life sciences required.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Knowledge of medicines, cosmetics, and medical devices regulations.
Experience in regulatory affairs is preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, compile and submit technical registrations for drug/cosmetics/medical devices to regulatory authorities.
Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and interpretations.
Monitor regulatory changes and registration status for local, regional, and global stakeholders.
Support RA team with reporting, strategy guidance, and meeting preparation.

Your Role in This Journey:

Coordinate, compile and submit technical process varied from drug/cosmetics/medical device registration, GMP certification, etc to the regulatory authorities.

Ensure compliance with regulatory authority regulations and interpretations.

Monitors regulatory environment changes and registration status to local, regional, and global stakeholders.

Provide support to the RA team such as reporting activities to the team, providing support and guidance on regulatory strategies, preparation of meetings and assisting during meeting (internal or external)

We are excited to meet:

A minimum of bachelor's degree or equivalent in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology or related life-science major.

Excellent and strong written and oral communication skills (English)

Excellent interpersonal skills and self-learning motivation.

Knowledge of and experience with the world and local regulations and guidelines of medicines, biological products, cosmetics etc.

Experience in regulatory affairs work related to medical device highly appreciated
