Job summary

PT. Daewoong Pharmaceutical Indonesia is seeking a Quality Control Physico-Chemical Analyst Officer in Cikarang to perform physicochemical testing across raw materials, in-process, and finished products for stem cell and cosmetics lines.

The role ensures GLP, cGMP, ISO, and Halal compliance while handling instruments and maintaining lab readiness. The candidate should have a high school science/vocational diploma, 1 year testing experience or fresh graduate, and be able to work under pressure in

Qualifications

• Min. Highschool Diploma Science Major / Vocational Highschool of Science or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in physicochemical testing or fresh graduate.
• Experience handling laboratory instruments, basic instruments like pH/balance.
• Can work under pressure.
• Familiar with computerized systems.
• English (passive) understood.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Willing to work in clean room area and be based in Cikarang.
• Preferred: QC experience for sterile products.

Responsibilities

• Perform physicochemical testing on raw materials, packaging materials, intermediates, and finished products (stem cell and cosmetics) per GLP, cGMP, ISO, Halal guidelines.
• Execute sampling, stability testing, and routine environmental/storage monitoring in physicochemical areas.
• Operate, clean, calibrate, and maintain analytical instruments; troubleshoot breakdowns.
• Prepare test reagents, handle sample shipments, manage glassware, and dispose waste.
• Ensure proper documentation and report OOS/OOT or anomalies immediately.
• Prepare testing materials and documentation (reagents, media).
• Maintain cleanliness of QC area and ensure supply of laboratory clothing.
• Ensure availability of testing reagents and consumables; report stock to QC supervisor/manager.
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge of QC processes.

In the QC Laboratory, QC goal is for control quality, safety, and efficacy of product by sampling and testing of Stem cell and cosmetic raw material, In Process Control, and Finished product. Together, Physical Chemical Laboratory &Microbiology Laboratory is assuring the products meet the global standard criteria.

Key responsibilities

Perform physicochemical testing on raw materials, packaging materials, intermediate/bulk, and finished products (stem cell and cosmetics) in compliance with GLP, cGMP, ISO, and Halal Assurance (SJPH) guidelines.

Execute sampling, stability testing, and routine environmental/storage monitoring within the physicochemical testing areas.

Operate, clean, calibrate, and maintain analytical instruments; troubleshoot and report equipment breakdowns.

Prepare test reagents, handle sample shipments, manage laboratory glassware, and conduct waste disposal.

Ensure proper documentation and immediately report Out-of-Specification (OOS), Out-of-Trend (OOT), System Suitability failure, or anomalies.

Execute waste destruction/disposal and ensure rigorous adherence to aseptic techniques, GLP, cGMP, and Halal guidelines.

Prepare testing materials such as reagent preparation, media preparation, etc., and documentation.

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of QC area and Maintain an adequate and continuous supply of laboratory clothing.

Ensure the availability of the testing reagent and consumables, and report the stock to the QC supervisor and manager.

Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge of quality control processes.

What we're looking for

Min. Highschool Diploma Science Major / Vocatinal Highschool of Science or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in physicochemical testing or qualified fresh graduate.

Have experience on Handling Laboratory Instrument, minimum basic instrument such as pH, balance, or related machine

Can work under pressure

Familiar with computerized system

Understand Minimum English (Passive)

Good communication skills - verbal and written

willing to work under clean room area

Willing to be based in Cikarang.

Preferred Qualification
