Job summary

OBSIDIAN Management Group is seeking a Regulatory Affairs Coordinator to manage licensing and regulatory submissions with government institutions, from submission to approval. The role covers OSS, LKPM reporting, HAKI, Disnaker, and related regulatory administration, coordinating with authorities and ensuring timely, complete documentation.

On-site in Cipete, South Jakarta. Bachelor’s degree required; minimum 2 years in licensing or government relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in licensing, regulatory administration, government relations, or similar roles.
• Comfortable dealing with government procedures and bureaucracy.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in following up.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work fully on-site in Cipete, South Jakarta.

Full WFO, Monday–Friday (09:00–18:00)
