Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily activities of the accounting team.
• Handle recording, monitoring, and reporting of AP, AR, and bank reconciliations.
• Support and prepare data for internal and extenal audits.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with management on financial analysis and process improvement recommendations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting & tax with leading team experience
• Proven experience in supporting or participating in internal audit processes, AP, AR and Bank Reconciliations.
• Proficient in accounting/ERP software (e.g., Accurate is plus point, or similar).
• Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, and able to coordinate a team effectively.
• Willing to Work From Office in Cipete, South Jakarta
