Job summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement the company’s compliance program to ensure adherence to applicable laws and regulations.
• Develop, update, and enforce internal policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate compliance risks.
• Monitor and audit operations to identify and address compliance issues proactively.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance-related topics to foster a culture of integrity and accountability.
• Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulatory bodies as required.
• Stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company.
• Investigate compliance concerns and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment with compliance objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, especially in the FMCG or related industries.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Proven ability to develop and implement compliance policies and procedures effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in leading audits or investigations is a plus.

• Willingness and ability to relocate to Purbalingga for onsite work.
• Familiarity with compliance standards in the Indonesian legal framework is highly preferred.
