Job summary

BukuWarung is seeking a Talent Acquisition Regional Specialist to drive mass hiring of Sales teams across assigned regions. You will manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers with a target-driven mindset, collaborating with regional stakeholders to meet monthly targets.

Based in Central Sumatera, you will develop local sourcing strategies, maintain a regional talent pool, and travel within the region as needed to support hiring events and on-ground activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from local or regional university.
• Based in Central Sumatera or nearby region.
• Experience in recruitment or mass hiring is an advantage.
• Able to meet monthly targets with tight timelines.
• Good understanding of regional sales talent profiles.
• Willing to travel within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Execute mass hiring for Sales roles across regions.
• Coordinate team roles to meet monthly recruitment targets.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering.
• Develop and implement local sourcing strategies both online and offline.
• Build and maintain a regional talent pool for ongoing hiring needs.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align hiring needs and priorities.
• Track and report recruitment progress and hiring data regularly.
• Participate in on-ground hiring activities when required (job fairs, referrals).
