Job summary

LOF International Dairy Product JSC is seeking a Head of Regional Sales for East Java, Kalimantan and Sulawesi. You will lead General Trade growth, develop distributor relationships and drive field execution across multiple islands in Indonesia.

You will set regional sales strategies, build a high-performance team, and partner with distributors to optimize trade spend and market share. Travel across assigned territories is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years FMCG sales experience with at least 3 years in regional leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of General Trade channels and route-to-market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead sales strategies and plans to hit volume, revenue and profitability targets.
• Evaluate distributor performance, establish Joint Business Plans, drive execution across coverage and merchandising.
• Set sales KPIs, monitor performance, close gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, coach and motivate Principal and Distributor sales teams to high performance.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and craft actionable plans.
• Ensure effective execution of trade programs, visibility initiatives and route-to-market strategies.
