Aman Group, Bali-based within the Aman Indonesia Regional Office, seeks an Area Training & Quality Manager to lead regional training and quality assurance across multiple properties. You will design programs, manage talent development, and supervise local teams ensuring alignment with brand standards and guest satisfaction.

Role focuses on developing regional training content, auditing quality systems, and maintaining high standards of service in ultra-luxury environments across Indonesia.

Qualifikationen

• Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
• Excellent observation and attention to detail, with a genuine passion for service excellence.
• Proven experience in Quality Management, Guest Experience, or Operational Excellence, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of international service and quality standards, including LQA.
• Deep understanding of luxury service expectations, brand standards, and the delivery of personalized guest experiences.

Aufgaben

• Promote, manage, and coordinate familiarization and cross-exposure training programs to align with policies and procedures.
• Design and implement regional training initiatives for multiple properties, ensuring consistency and excellence.
• Oversee and support employee exchange programs abroad for skill development and career growth.
• Ensure accessibility of training resources for employees at every level.
• Supervise Training Plans prepared by property HR managers for consistency in training quality.
• Develop regional strategies to identify and nurture departmental trainers for high-quality delivery.
• Advise HR managers on training needs based on performance appraisals and feedback.
• Lead orientation for all Heads of Department across properties and Aman Indonesia team.
• Supervise Quality & Training Executives at each property with guidance and feedback.
• Oversee hygiene training standards and support basic audits.
